Me and Janis at Rejuvenate Your Practice

Last week I attended a live event called Rejuvenate Your Practice with Jesse Koren and Sharla Jacobs. It was such an amazing experience!

I had been doing the related home study program which is full of valuable information, but something about being at the live event just made everything click. Also the energy of being around so many like-minded and motivated people was amazing!

Here are some pictures of me with two very dear friends I made at this event.

Janis Cline is a Hypnotist who helps business owners remove stumbling blocks so they can make more money and attract business opportunities (www.JanisCline.com) and Mary Beth Vanderlinden is an Intuitive Energy Healer (www.CreeksideWellnessCenter.com). They are both so inspiring!

It felt so great to connect with them. I look forward to staying in touch with my new friends, so we can support each other. I also want you to know that we want to be a support for you too.  Even if you and I have never met in person, and we are only connecting here on line, we are still part of a community of like-minded people. This is really powerful!

Here are the 3 biggest takeaways I want to share with you from the event:

1) Speak Clearly About What You Do

One of the things we focused on at this event, was being able to speak clearly about what we do. Most of us were Coaches or other Holistic Health Practitioners, but I think this is important for everyone. You can serve more people when you share what you do in a concise and engaging way that clearly shows your value.

2) Pick Yourself Up

At this event, there was lots of dancing, hugging, and enthusiastic high fives. It felt a little silly at first doing these things spontaneously with strangers, but after awhile it started to feel really good! I realized how different this experience was from working alone and allowing your mind to go off on tangents where you can start to buy into your limiting beliefs. It’s amazing how something so simple like surrounding yourself with like-minded people who support each others dreams can really motivate (and I also realized the importance of dance breaks throughout the day!).

3) Community is Key

If you’re a solopreneur, it’s very easy to feel isolated and like you have to do everything yourself.

Being around such an amazing group of people made all the information I had been learning come alive. I realized that trying to do it yourself is the hard way. Coming together in community, we can support each other and reach our dreams more quickly while having fun in the process.

I highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to fill their practice with more enthusiastic clients 🙂

If you’re ever feeling alone, please remember that you can always reach out to me or other like-minded people here on this site in the comments section.

So in the spirit of community, leave a comment and share a way you can support someone or allow yourself to be supported.
