We received some really juicy questions to the survey we put out, asking you for your top questions on Manifesting and Mindfulness!ย THANK YOU so much to everyone who contributed questions–we really appreciate it!
If you’re curious to hear what other people asked, we got questions about:
- The definitions of manifesting and mindfulness
- The details of the upcoming course we’ll be teaching
- How to acknowledge the way you really feel while manifesting what you desire
- How to stay motivated when you’re stuck in a rut and feeling torn or challenged
Check out our answers! ๐
We will be releasing a FREE video training series soon (keep your eyes peeled!) about Manifesting With Mindfulness, where we will be covering moreย information and answering more questions.
Do you have any additional questions? Leave a comment below and let us know what they are!
Much love,
,
Paying attention is one thing but the non-judgmental part of mindfulness is another…definitely a skill to be developed. Mindsets, limited thinking, and the old stories we tell ourselves are all important to question.
This quote from Michael Losier’s book, Law of Attraction, really jumped out at me (so I have it posted where I see it daily):
“Allowing is the absence of negative vibration (doubt).” And he goes on to describe that strong desire plus strong doubt cannot equal manifesting…
So for me, being mindful of the times I’m feeling doubt has been an important practice (it’s always a sign that something deeper is going on below the surface). It’s definitely a process that takes time. Some days I do better than others ๐
Important work you’re doing – all the best.
Thank you Marla–beautifully said! And I do love that book too ๐ Thank you for sharing Michael Losier’s quote. The allowing stage he talked about is the stage that I found most powerful and still challenging. I am happy to be reminded of it today.
How can one manifest abundance when one is surrounded by so much lack consciousness? The people around me are constantly complaining about how there isn’t enough and how we’re not as well off as we used to be and how everything is so negative. How do I rise above?
Hi Mary, I know that’s hard… I’ve found that when there’s conflict and resistance (even if it’s coming from people around you), the manifesting process just takes a little longer. We will be sharing much more about how to handle situations like this in our upcoming video training series.
In the meantime, one thing you can do is ask yourself if there’s anyone you can spend less time with if they’re dragging you down. I know sometimes you can’t withdraw completely–especially if the person you’re speaking of is your spouse or close family member. But you *can* choose how you react to what the people around you say. Seeking to surround yourself with people who *do* have the mindset you want to adopt will help immensely. And you’re already doing that by being here and reaching out with your question! ๐
